It is an awful image to see of someone I’ve known for years. So I can only imagine how his 13 year old daughter, yes that’s right 13, must be feeling, especially once she see’s such images and reads the lies that are being published about her father. They are accussing him of providing fake ID’s to gang members, when he on the contrary refused to fall into the corruption Mexico is now known for. Prisma Perez, a spokeswoman for the state Attorney General’s Office stated, ”The investigation indicates he had been giving licenses to organized crime.” These are all lies and the only thing that she is doing is covering a greater conspiracy to affect his family. Politically speaking, the bad publicity they are creating is only meant to affect his family in the immediate future.
I know that many of us easily fall into the lies that are fed to us, especially when read as daily news. But please be aware that everything that has been publised about him are lies. He was an honest man who had a horrible death. He was ”tortured and castrated and hung for the world to see.” By no means, was he rich, so its unfair that he’s being portrayed as a ”corrupt” state official who made ”easy money.”

Thank you very much for posting the TRUTH and please take my most sincere apology in assuming he was corrupted.
Unfortunatly, I like many, possibly even the majority of us here, have grown tired of ”believing”...
After having funcionario after funcionario, cop after cop, neighbors, doctors, and it seems like evryone else one might of previously had faith in, brought out and shown corrupted, it almost becomes ”normal” to find ”another one” found either killed or arrested for their deeds.
Unfortunatly, just as you stated, and just as I so easily forgot, THERE ARE STILL HONEST, HARDWORKING, RESPECTABLE people in this country who ARE FIGHTING AGAINST the cartels and fighting FOR the return of our country...Who are resisting their evil hands, even when it means almost certain danger and/or death to themselves and/or loved ones.
My most sincere apologies and condolences .

What an image!!!
Imagine how his 19 year old daughter feels after watching him be kidnapped.. Imagine how she and the rest of his family feel after seeing this image, and finding he was tortured, castrated, and hung for the world to see: corrupted, beaten and broken...
There is no such thing as easy money in this life, especially from narco cartels...Once you accept the first peso, there is no getting out, until they decide, and when THEY decide, you will be found like this or in a very similar manner..
It just doesn’t pay.
